We are seeking a highly skilled AI Trainer – STEM Focus to join our cutting-edge AI research and development team. In this role, you will contribute your deep subject-matter expertise in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics to help train and refine large-scale AI models. You'll work closely with technical teams to annotate, evaluate, and create high-quality STEM content that challenges and improves AI reasoning.

This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling, offered as either part-time or full-time. Your insights will directly influence how our AI models perform on complex tasks across academic and professional STEM domains.

• Use proprietary tools to annotate, evaluate, and generate high-quality technical data in your area of STEM expertise (e.g., math, physics, CS, engineering).
• Assess and enhance the accuracy, clarity, and depth of AI-generated responses to technical prompts.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to design tasks that align with real-world academic or industrial challenges.
• Identify and select complex problems from your discipline that can improve AI understanding and reasoning.
• Adapt quickly to evolving task guidelines, exercising independent judgment and critical thinking.
• Participate in data creation, including rewriting technical content, refining solutions, and expanding explanations for training use.
• Contribute feedback to improve annotation tools and workflows.

Required:

• PhD in a STEM-related field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Chemistry, etc.).
• Strong analytical, academic, and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of your field.
• Excellent written communication in English, especially in technical or instructional contexts.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, task-driven environment.
• Passion for contributing to technological innovation through responsible AI development.

Preferred:

• Teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience at the university or graduate level.
• Published academic research in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning systems is a plus.
• Prior experience in technical writing, scientific communication, or data labeling.

• Pay Range: $60–$100 per hour, based on experience, specialization, and academic background.
