About the Role

We are seeking a Shopify Web Developer with strong marketing instincts to help us optimize, innovate, and elevate our digital storefront. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across both front-end and back-end development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and directly contribute to online growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify and Shopify Plus solutions.
• Create and enhance responsive, user-focused interfaces that drive conversions and engagement.
• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory updates with marketing performance in mind.
• Implement and maintain integrations with third-party tools and Shopify apps.
• Optimize site performance for SEO, page speed, and mobile usability.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to identify trends and improve UX and revenue KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on content updates, A/B testing, promotional campaigns, and seasonal rollouts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in front-end web development, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus (theme development, Liquid, and app integrations).
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templating.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, performance optimization, and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with HubSpot CMS configuration and integrations (a plus).
• Familiarity with APIs and third-party tools to extend Shopify functionality.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable design and development improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
