We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Work From Home Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms and systems. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.




Job Description
  • Enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, or software systems quickly and accurately
  • Verify and correct data before entry
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
  • Review data for discrepancies or errors and resolve or escalate as needed
  • Generate reports and summaries as required
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Follow company procedures and meet data entry deadlines
  • Communicate with team members or supervisors as needed via email or virtual meetings


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field preferred
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with data management software (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks, CRM systems) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
