Salary: $85,000 – $95,000/year

We’re currently hiring for 6 Physical Therapists (PTs) on behalf of a top-tier healthcare client specializing in rehabilitation services.

Job Description

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients with movement disorders, injuries, or physical impairments, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. You’ll develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and other therapists, and ensure high-quality patient care across a dynamic clinical setting.


This is a full-time, on-site position offering mentorship opportunities, leadership development, continuing education support, and long-term career growth within a nationally recognized healthcare organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic conditions.
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans to restore function and reduce pain.
  • Document patient progress clearly and meet all reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with doctors, occupational therapists, and healthcare teams.
  • Supervise PT assistants and aides as needed.
  • Follow all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  • Stay updated on best practices and complete required continuing education.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and facility improvement efforts.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program .
  • Valid state licensure where applicable .
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity con Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership experience or willingness to supervise junior staff.
  • Physical ability to assist patients and lift up to 50 lbs using proper techniques.
