We are looking for an experienced Outside Industrial Sales professional to maintain and
develop business in our West Texas and New Mexico markets. This individual should be
entrepreneurial-minded and experienced in working with industrial customers. Production and
trucking supply knowledge are REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop relationships with clients and prospects in the region.
• Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations to decision makers.
• Responsible for representing the product to customers.
• Able to travel throughout sales territory
• Identifies and develops new market opportunities
• Provides reports and forecasts as required
• Visit customers to ensure client satisfaction
• Be able to obtain MSAs and credit applications to set up new customers.
• Meet sales goals, objectives, and deadlines.
• Prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales.
• Provide reporting to management as requested
• Keep management informed of all activity.
Qualifications/Experience:
• Must currently working for a supply company in the area
• MUST HAVE A $300,000 - $400,000/month BOOK OF SALES
• Proven track record of generating 3-5 million per year in sales
• Must have existing customers
• Solid technical/mechanical and sales background
• Exceptional customer service and follow-up
• Ability to establish customer rapport, build business relationships and close sales
• Excellent prospecting / sales skills and techniques
• Must be an energetic, assertive self-starter with a positive attitude who is eager to gain
valuable sales and marketing experience in an exciting atmosphere
• Strong work ethic
• The candidate must live in the geographic region or surrounding area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Bilingual preferred.
Required experience:
* Oil Supply Sales Experience: 5-10 years
* Oil and gas experience
Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 per year plus commission based on performance
